Job Summary: | The Senior Coordinator of High-Impact Practices (HIPs) & Community Engagement supports the coordination and implementation of key university-wide community engagement and HIP initiatives. This position is responsible for facilitating committees, administering grant and recognition programs, coordinating institutional reporting processes, and collaborating with faculty, staff, and community partners to support student success and university priorities. |

Minimum Qualifications: | Masters degree in an appropriate area of specialization with one year of relevant experience or a Bachelors degree in an appropriate area of specialization with three years of relevant experience. |
Position Qualifications: | Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with, develop, and sustain relationships with students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders. Experience with budget management, grant administration, and technology platforms. Familiarity with performance-based funding models in higher education. Have the ability to interpret, analyze, and process various forms of data effectively. |
Preferred Qualifications | Preferred candidates will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to effectively engage and maintain relationships with students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders. Experience with budget management, grant administration, and the use of technology platforms to support program coordination is highly desirable. Familiarity with performance-based funding models in higher education is preferred, as is the ability to interpret, analyze, and apply data to inform decision-making and assess program effectiveness. |
