The Opportunity
Cleanaway Riverstone (Scanline) collects and recycles used cooking oil. This product is then used for feed lots, ingredients for animal food, and the production of bio-fuel.
This team values commitment, teamwork and are looking for the right person with the same values who can not only support but also assist the team to accomplish their goals and KPI’s in current busy times. Additionally, you will also.
- Proactively handle internal and external customer queries via phone, and email.
- Manage customer/supplier queries, following set procedures.
- Maintain our CRM Database of customer/supplier information.
- Raising, track and closing purchase orders.
- Acting as a point of contact between finance and operational teams.
- Processing of daily collections for customer payments.
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports.
- Assisting with accounts reconciliation at end of month.
- Completing other ad hoc administrative functions.
About You
You thrive working in a collaborative environment and enjoy providing resolutions in a timely manner. Additionally, you will also possess.
- Previous experience in an administration role with a focus on customer service.
- Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with customers, suppliers, and all onsite teams.
- Excellent communication written and verbal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- An eye for detail, the ability to prioritise and strong time management skills.
- The ability to work autonomously within a dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
