Field Sales Manager

The Opportunity

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opening for a Field Sales Manager to join our sales team based at Northgate.

In this role, you will use hands-on leadership to support, empower, and develop a team of key account managers in the Small to Medium Enterprise Market (SME), driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

  • Lead the delivery of revenue growth by managing People, Markets, Assets & Financials in alignment with the Value Operating Model.
  • Collaborate with peers and executives across the business, leveraging expertise and contributing as required to maximise business outcomes.
  • Undertake data analysis of competitor activity reports and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with internal commercial, operational and other relevant teams on tenders.
  • Lead and coach your team to achieve agreed-upon sales budgets, targets, and KPIs.

 

About You

You lead from the front as a strategic and proactive hands-on Field Sales Manager. Partner with your teams to deliver industry-best solutions. 

  • A minimum of 4 years exp in a service delivery model, sales leadership role, or worked for an enterprise organisation.  
  • Demonstrated experience and confidence in reviewing legal contracts and agreements with strong attention to detail and business acumen.
  • Demonstrated sales leadership skills with a proven record of driving business growth.  
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to adapt your style to stakeholder needs. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build business cases and think innovatively to develop targeted sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong presentation and proposal/tender development skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation, conflict management and relationship-building skills.
  • You have a supportive demeanour and foster an environment of trust, value, and integrity.
