At Cleanaway, we're dedicated to delivering excellence around the clock, and we're currently seeking a dynamic Operations Supervisor to oversee our night shift operations. As the Operations Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising our amazing night shift team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Organising schedules and making sure everyone knows what they're doing when.
• Making sure all our awesome crew are safe and happy.
• Solving any problems that pop up, like superheroes!

About You:

We're looking for a fabulously hands-on leader who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty (but don't worry, we provide gloves!). It would be amazing if you have:

• Previous experience in a leadership role, bonus points if it's in waste management.
• Superb people skills – you've got to be able to make everyone feel like a superstar!
• Excellent communication skills, because communication is key!
• A can-do attitude and a flair for problem-solving.
• A love for teamwork and collaboration.
