Your Impact 

Join our team as a Raw Materials Coordinator at our Yatala site and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials to support production excellence. You’ll be the key link between suppliers and our manufacturing teams, making sure materials are ordered and delivered on time and in full to meet production demands. Your proactive approach and problem-solving mindset will help keep our production plans on track. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of raw materials. 

• Manage and place purchase orders for raw materials and consumables in line with production schedules. 

• Monitor supply risks, escalate issues promptly, and propose practical solutions to avoid disruptions. 

• Collaborate with the Site Scheduler, Supply Planning, and Portfolio teams to support production plans and new product launches. 

• Minimise material obsolescence and manage transitions to prevent write-offs. 

• Maintain accurate records using SAP and other MRP systems. 

• Lead supplier meetings to communicate changes and enhance material availability. 

About You 

You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving and takes initiative while fostering collaboration. 

• Experience in a similar planning or procurement role, ideally within FMCG or a comparable fast-paced industry. 

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to see the bigger picture. 

• Decisive and innovative, with a willingness to think outside the box. 

• Collaborative approach with the ability to work across departments. 

• Proficiency in SAP, MRP systems, and Excel highly regarded.
