Your Impact:
We’re looking for a hands-on UKG Pro Systems Specialist who can take full ownership of our Time and Attendance environment. You’ll maintain and configure UKG Pro, support our teams across the network, and drive continuous improvement that keeps our payroll and people processes accurate, compliant and efficient.
This role suits someone who enjoys both the technical detail and the people side – someone who can troubleshoot, configure, test and also translate system needs into clear, practical guidance for stakeholders across Supply Chain, Payroll and People Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for UKG Pro, ensuring stability, accuracy and timely issue resolution
- Troubleshoot complex system and data issues, escalating to vendors where required
- Maintain and configure the system to meet legislative, EBA and policy requirements
- Manage release notes, upgrades, testing and documentation
- Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials and user guidance
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to streamline and improve
- Support small system initiatives across Payroll and People Services
- Partner with vendors, IT and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth integrations and changes
- Deliver reports, data insights and dashboards to support compliance and decision-making
About You:
- Proven experience in UKG Pro Time and Attendance system administration (essential)
- Strong understanding of payroll concepts, compliance and data integrity
- Comfortable troubleshooting complex configuration and system issues
- Able to partner with stakeholders and translate technical detail into clear actions
- Proactive, driven and able to take full ownership of the system space
- Strong analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience supporting system-related projects, testing cycles and upgrades
- Collaborative approach and confidence working with Payroll, People Services and IT teams
