The Opportunity

The Eastern Health Clinical School invites applications for a Research Nurse (Oncology) to coordinate clinical trials that contribute to advancing cancer care and improving patient outcomes. Working closely with oncology patients, this position will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical research while ensuring exceptional participant care and accurate trial delivery.

The Research Nurse will coordinate participant recruitment and follow-up, provide specialised nursing care and education throughout the trial journey and ensure the accurate collection and management of clinical research data in accordance with study protocols and regulatory requirements. Strong clinical judgement, organisational skills and ability to build rapport with participants will be essential in supporting the successful delivery of oncology clinical trials.

We are seeking someone with current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, together with prior nursing experience.
