The Opportunity
This is more than a traditional administrative role. It’s an opportunity to become a central part of a highly collaborative and fast-paced university environment where your contribution genuinely matters day to day.
Based at the Alfred campus within the School of Translational Medicine (STM), you’ll work alongside leading researchers, clinicians, academics and professional staff who are driving innovation in health and medical research. - Support the smooth running of a busy clinical school environment
- Provide responsive and high-quality administrative support across the School
- Build strong working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
- Contribute ideas and process improvements that enhance service delivery
- Gain exposure to the inner workings of a leading health and medical research environment
This is an on-site role, making it ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, collaborative teamwork and being actively involved in the day-to-day life of the School.
Based at our Alfred Campus, you will commence at 8:30am each day, with full working days Monday to Thursday and a half day on Friday.
