The Senior Director will bring a proven track record of delivering high-impact engagement initiatives, leading high-performing teams, and operating effectively within complex, matrixed environments. With sound financial and analytical judgement and a highly collaborative approach, the role will align alumni engagement, communications and development activity across the University, while cultivating relationships with alumni, emerging leaders and key affinity groups.
