About the Role

The Executive Talent Acquisition Partner, plays an exciting and important part in shaping the University’s future by identifying, attracting and securing world-class senior executive talent.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Executive Talent Acquisition, and partnering with University leaders, the Executive Talent Acquisition Partner leads end-to-end executive search and appointment processes, expertly balancing a variety of senior stakeholders and navigating a dynamic organisation, whilst maintaining the highest of standards to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience for stakeholders, candidates and external partners alike.
About You
An accomplished executive recruitment specialist, you bring a strong track record delivering senior leadership appointments in large, complex and dynamic environments. Your judgement and skill in navigating sensitive, high‑visibility recruitment with utmost care and professionalism sets you apart, supported by strong analytical capability and the confidence to provide expert, evidence‑based advice to senior leaders.
Exceptional relationship building is one of your defining strengths — you engage with influence, credibility and professionalism, and you understand the importance of a seamless, confidential and values‑aligned candidate and stakeholder experience. Highly organised and meticulous in your documentation and governance, you are comfortable preparing detailed reports, assessments and recommendations for senior committees and decision makers.
Responsive, flexible and thriving in demanding, fast‑paced environments, you uphold service excellence, accuracy and integrity as non‑negotiables. Proactive and solutions‑focused, you are committed to continuous improvement and adept at leveraging digital tools, market intelligence and sector best practice to enhance Monash’s executive recruitment capability.
