In this professional role, you will deliver high-quality research support to advance preclinical drug candidate optimisation. You will design and conduct experiments focused on the development and characterisation of preclinical formulations, while ensuring accuracy, reproducibility, and compliance with research protocols.

You will be responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies, supporting the development and refinement of standard operating procedures, and undertaking data analysis and research administration activities. The role also includes training staff in selected techniques and contributing to a safe, compliant, and efficient laboratory environment.

Working collaboratively with the broader CDCO team, you will apply sound judgement and technical expertise to meet research requirements and support the Centre’s operational excellence in drug discovery and development.
