The Opportunity
The Faculty of Science are looking for a proactive and highly capable Senior Student Services Officer to support the delivery of high‑quality, best‑practice student and academic services across the Faculty. This role plays a key part in ensuring an exceptional student experience by providing expert administrative support across the full student lifecycle including from enquiry and enrolment through to assessment, progress, and course completion.
With a strong focus on operational excellence, you will contribute to the smooth and effective delivery of student services, working closely with colleagues across the Faculty to support course planning, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
