The Opportunity
The Assessment Delivery Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of online assessments, supporting the effective use of eVigilation and eAssessment platforms. This position provides high-level administrative support, expert guidance, and coordination to enable error-free exam delivery. Working collaboratively across teams, the role also assists with mentoring and coaching of exam support staff, while delivering responsive support to students, stakeholders, and operational activities.
This position will be responsible for supporting and overseeing invigilators during assessment delivery activities, contributing to their training, performance, and ongoing development. It will coordinate day-to-day activities across eAssessment and eVigilation operations, develop and maintain detailed procedural documentation, and ensure consistent service standards. The role will drive continuous improvement by monitoring processes, identifying efficiencies, and implementing enhancements aligned with University policies. It will also manage a range of administrative tasks, including stakeholder communication, reporting, responding to queries, supporting external partners, and providing timely specialist advice to staff and clients.
