The Events Officer is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term position based at Monash University's Clayton campus. Reporting to the Events Manager, you will assist in the delivery of a wide range of graduate student engagement activities, including:
- Orientation programs
- Weekly social events
- Welfare initiatives
- Academic support workshops
- Campus engagement activations
You will support the operational planning and on-site delivery of established and recurring events, ensuring they run smoothly and create a welcoming experience for graduate students.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in events coordination, administration or a similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
