The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator (Molecular Tumour Board) to support the delivery of MPCCC precision oncology activities through high-level administrative and coordination services. The role works closely with Molecular Tumour Board (MTB) Chairs and clinical research fellows to coordinate meetings, manage attendance and ensure the timely preparation and collation of molecular reports. It plays a key role in supporting the operational aspects of MTB meetings and maintaining effective communication across stakeholders.

This position provides end-to-end coordination of MTB processes, including managing referral and reporting databases, supporting accurate documentation of case discussions and ensuring secure handling of sensitive patient information. Acting as a central liaison point, the role also facilitates the smooth progression of MTB activities, contributes to reporting and project documentation and supports issue resolution to ensure activities are delivered in line with agreed standards and timeframes.

We are seeking someone with strong project coordination and administrative experience, ideally within a clinical or research environment, supported by a relevant qualification or equivalent experience. Well-developed organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are also essential, along with advanced computer literacy and experience coordinating multidisciplinary meetings.

If you are seeking a role where you can contribute to meaningful projects in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.

Monash University seeks applicants for this opportunity who are able to demonstrate present valid and current Australian work rights.
