The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced administrator to join our Graduate Research Office as a Scholarships Coordinator where you will provide administrative and coordination services to support our graduate research student scholarship program. Joining a dedicated team, your key duties will include but not be limited to:
- Providing high level administration support to the team across the full range of its activities. This includes processing a range of requests that the team receives.
- Responding to complex queries and issues related to Graduate Research scholarships and entitlements
- Analysis using internal systems to support future workload planning
- Providing specialist advice related to Graduate Research scholarships to wider University stakeholders as well as students
About You
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have demonstrated experience in a high-level, deadline driven, Administration role within a fast paced and complex environment (preferably with payroll or financial experience). You will thrive on the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously whilst also being able to adapt to changing situations and deliver on tight-deadlines. High levels of attention to detail in the analysis of numerical information and data is key to see you succeed, balanced with the ability to provide effective and efficient advice to customer queries. You will be a strong team player whilst also enjoying working autonomously as required.
