The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Property and Leasing Manager to join the University’s Buildings and Property Division, supporting the management and strategic performance of the University’s diverse real estate portfolio.
In this role, you will lead the delivery of the University’s property portfolio strategy, overseeing leasing outcomes, land transactions and property operations while guiding a small team of property professionals. You will work closely with stakeholders across the University to ensure commercial outcomes align with institutional priorities and best-practice property management, while also collaborating with internal and external partners to support the ongoing management and development of the University’s property assets.
This opportunity will suit a candidate with experience in retail, commercial or mixed-use property management, strong commercial acumen and the ability to operate effectively within a complex organisational environment. You will bring demonstrated leadership capability, with experience mentoring and guiding others.
