The Business Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the smooth and professional delivery of organisational operations within a collaborative team environment. This position provides essential administrative, coordination, and communication support to ensure that business priorities and deliverables are met efficiently and effectively.

Working as part of a flexible team, the Business Services Coordinator contributes to a range of core functions including drafting and editing correspondence, papers, and reports, coordinating meetings and events, supporting committees and working groups, facilitating communication and workflow, and contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

This role operates in a dynamic environment where adaptability is key. The successful applicant will be comfortable stepping across different areas of focus to provide coverage and ensure continuity of services.

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual who thrives in a team-based environment. You will hold a degree in a relevant discipline or bring equivalent experience, alongside exceptional organisational, coordination and communication skills. Your ability to produce high-quality written materials, engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture will be essential to success in this role.
