The Opportunity
The Clinical Site Administrative Officer supports the core functions of the Monash Mildura GP Academy through high-quality professional and administrative services based in Mildura. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the role will provide coordinated support that underpins teaching activities, student placements and day-to-day operations. This is a fixed-term position for three years with funding confirmed until 30 June 2031.
This position is responsible for systems implementation and coordination alongside the administration of key operational elements of the academic program. This includes managing processes and data systems supporting assessment activities and coordinating simulated patients and examiners. The role also provides on-site support to medicine students during rural placements contributing to positive placement experiences and student wellbeing.
We are seeking someone with a combination of relevant tertiary qualifications or substantial professional experience. Your proven skills in administration, organisation and time management will be essential, along with your ability to implement effective systems and processes.
