The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity available to join the team at the RAIL Research Centre as a Marketing and Communication Administrative Officer. This position will provide professional marketing and communication services that support the effective operation of the RAIL Research Centre and the NHMRC funded RAISE project.
This position will contributes to the development and dissemination of marketing materials, social media content and project promotional resources and supports the maintenance of the project web page for partner organisations including Eastern Health Monash Health Cabrini Health St Vincent’s Health and La Trobe University. The role will also contribute to the broader administrative functions of the RAIL Research Centre including assisting with research updates, data, record maintenance and the dissemination of outcomes across multiple communication channels to support a consistent and professional public profile.
We are seeking someone with a diploma level qualification in marketing communications, graphic design or a related field or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training. Strong administrative and organisational skills, the ability to manage time and meet deadlines and experience delivering high quality front line customer service are also essential. Knowledge of graphic design principles or the ability to quickly learn new software is also important.
