The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Careers and Employability, the focus of this role will be to deliver projects and mentoring programs to support students as they enter the workforce.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and strategic development of university-wide student mentoring and alumni programs that enhance career readiness and employability. You will provide expert project management, stakeholder engagement and evidence-informed program design to support students, mentors and staff.
Bring your expertise in education, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement to a role that drives real impact. We're looking for a confident communicator and strategic thinker with a track record in managing programs, building relationships and translating research into action.
