The Opportunity

Step into an exciting, hands-on role with the Faculty of Information Technology as our next Operations Officer! Be at the centre of the action, supporting the Operations team to plan, coordinate, and deliver a wide range of activities that keep our faculty running at its best.

No two days are ever the same. You will be on the move across our spaces, managing facilities and equipment, coordinating office moves, ensuring OHS compliance, and helping make our faculty a safe, efficient, and inspiring place to work and learn.

You will also play a key role in faculty events and projects, turning plans into reality. You will deliver timely, sound advice and support to students, staff, and other stakeholders, maintain strong working relationships, and participate in continuous improvement activities that enhance the way we operate.

This role allows you to apply your experience in administration, operations, facilities, or compliance within a professional setting in a fast-paced environment.
