The Opportunity
Monash University has exciting opportunities available for casual employment as Customer Service Officers at Monash Sport, our sports, fitness, aquatic and recreation hub!
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Monash Sport customers and members across a wide range of service desk offerings and functions, including membership sales and renewals, Point of Sales transactions, casual court hire bookings, and learn-to-swim enrolments. You will also develop, communicate and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, members and customers at various levels, providing advice to students, staff and other stakeholders in areas of administrative and service responsibility.
This role requires a completed Year 12 or relevant certificate, with relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
