The Opportunity
Join the team in the School of Psychological Sciences and play an integral role in ensuring the smooth delivery of the Graduate Research and Training programs. This position supports the effective administration of student placements across the Clinical Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology programs, contributing to the success of students as they complete their professional training. The role is key to maintaining excellence in service delivery and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure placements operate seamlessly.
As part of a collaborative and student-focused team, the Placement Administrative Officer delivers a broad range of administrative functions, including managing placement processes, coordinating communications, maintaining accurate records and providing timely advice to students and staff. The role calls for strong initiative, attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a dynamic academic environment.
We are seeking someone who brings strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to continuous improvement in administrative systems.
