The Opportunity

Join the Eastern Health Clinical School as Senior Planning Officer and oversee all aspects of program logistics, ensuring efficient operations that support the academic success of medical students. This position is responsible for the comprehensive coordination and administration of these programs across multiple teaching sites, ensuring that schedules, rosters and educational activities are well-organized and of the highest quality. 

In addition to managing day-to-day operations, the Senior Planning Officer will work closely with key stakeholders to align student rotations with curriculum requirements such as coordinating assessments, exams, student allocations and recruitment of examiners and simulated patients, ensuring that all aspects of student evaluation are handled with precision and care. 

We are looking for an experienced professional with experience in planning and management, ideally within a fast-paced academic or healthcare setting. Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities and a demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality service are also essential.
