The Opportunity

Monash University's eSolutions is seeking a dynamic and strategic Group Manager – Network, Storage and Data Centres to lead the foundational technology infrastructure that powers our global education and research enterprise. This is your opportunity to drive innovation, lead a high-performing team, and deliver secure, scalable, and future-ready infrastructure services.

In this pivotal leadership position, you will;

  • Champion the adoption of automation and AI to modernise infrastructure delivery.
  • Inspire and develop a talented team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.
  • Create and communicate a compelling vision for the future of infrastructure at Monash.
  • Align closely with stakeholders to ensure services are fit-for-purpose and strategically aligned.
  • Oversee the reliable and cost-effective operation of Monash’s networks, storage environments, and data centres.
