Remuneration: $96,768 - $104,450 pa HEW Level 06 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

The Opportunity
You’ll be joining Monash at an exciting time in our history as we aspire to make leading national and international contributions to Indigenous advancement in line with our commitment outlined in Impact 2030, and our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Framework 2019 - 2030.

By joining our Indigenous Graduate Program, you will be provided with an exceptional foundation for your professional career at Australia’s largest and most internationalised university.
This 12-month program will place you in a position that aligns with your studies and desired career pathways - we invite you to add your preferences via the online application process. This program is designed to boost your career prospects, equip you with key skills and help you reach your full potential, with the dedicated support from the Indigenous Graduate Program Coordinator.
Participants will be provided with access to bespoke intercultural learning opportunities, including an international professional development trip to one of Monash's overseas campuses, an on Country experience, regular networking events with other participants and career development advice.

To be eligible for this program, applicants must:
- Identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and provide confirmation of Aboriginality; and
- provide evidence of completion of an undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree in the past 24 months; and
- have not participated in any other professional graduate program in the previous 12 months.
