The Opportunity

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Research Officer in the Acute Brain Injury (ABI) Program, contributing to the successful delivery of the BONANZA and PRECISION-TBI projects. This role works closely with the program manager to coordinate high-level project activities, ensuring seamless operations from inception to completion. The position plays a crucial role in maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that ensures timely and successful outcomes.

This role involves managing complex project tasks, including budget monitoring, scheduling and reporting on key performance indicators. It also includes conducting onsite monitoring visits, preparing comprehensive reports and overseeing site files to support the project's objectives. Strategic planning and change management are critical to navigating project challenges and ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards within the set timeframes.

We are seeking candidates with a degree in a relevant field and extensive experience in health research or clinical trials. Exceptional project management skills, combined with strong analytical and relationship management abilities are also essential.
