      Under general direction, the analyst provides administrative and analytical support to the Dean of CBE on all budgetary and financial matters affecting the College. The primary responsibilities of this position include collaborating with CBE deans, faculty, staff, and campus offices (e.g., University Budget Office, Academic Affairs, Accounting, Procurement, Advancement) to prepare the College’s operating budget, resolve financial and operational issues, develop policies, and support strategic planning. The analyst manages a large and diverse portfolio of funds with full fiscal authority and responsibility; interprets and implements policies across state, CSU, and campus levels; and designs processes, reports, and recommendations to ensure effective budget oversight. The role also includes extracting, analyzing, and reconciling financial, HR, accounts payable, and purchasing data; preparing transfers, projections, and reconciliations; approving and monitoring expenditures; and ensuring compliance with established policies. Additionally, the analyst leads financial and technical reviews to identify problems, adapt plans, and recommend improvements to systems, processes, and reporting tools. The position supports AACSB accreditation by monitoring and reporting financial data, ensuring compliance, and preparing required documentation and reports. This role requires advanced expertise in financial analysis, resource allocation, accounting maintenance, financial reporting, expenditure and budget monitoring, recordkeeping, forecasting, and other department-level fund reporting.

      The area of Enrollment Management provides comprehensive services to prospective students, continuing students, staff, faculty, and the members of the community-at-large who are seeking information or services from the University within the functional areas of recruitment and pre-admission advising, admissions, transfer credit, graduation evaluations, financial aid, student records and registration. This position in the Office of the Registrar specializes in records and registration functions including assisting answering the Records call center; helping students with registration and records inquiries; processing numerous Records forms, such as withdrawals, change of major/minor, graduation postponement, and change of grade. This position will also assist with coordinating/processing transcript orders, answering e-mails to the Records Office, and co-coordinating imaging of Records documents.

      Accessibility Services provides eligible students with disabilities academic support services, counseling, education/community resources and strategies necessary for an accessible education experience, as prescribed by section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Services are provided to students with verified disabilities who request access to academic coursework and other university activities. The purpose of the Accessibility Services Counselor position is twofold. The primary purpose of the Accessibility Counselor is to evaluate disability documentation, determine eligibility of services and academic accommodations, as well as provide disability advising, disability counseling, advocacy, and disability management for eligible students.
