      Working independently under the general direction of the Assistant Registrar for Systems, the Functional Lead for Campus Community & Systemwide Reporting oversees the operation and maintenance of the Oracle PeopleSoft Student Information System for the Campus Community and Systemwide Reporting modules. These components are essential to the university’s student information system, supporting data integrity and compliance with mandatory reporting requirements to the CSU Office of the Chancellor. The incumbent manages testing, review, and implementation of system upgrades and maintenance, and leads research, planning, and development for continuous improvement. This role also resolves system issues and coordinates with campus departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of CSU, Chico student data. The Office of the Registrar includes Articulation, Graduation Advising and Transfer Credit, Degree Audit Programming, Student Records and Registration, Systems, and Veterans Affairs. It serves as a central resource for staff, faculty, students, and external agencies on student information systems and academic records.       The Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences is an academic department in the newly formed College of Health, offering BS and MS degrees conducted under the auspices of the academic department and the Rees Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic. The Rees Clinic provides a variety of services to individuals with communications disorders residing in surrounding Bay Area Communities. Each semester approximately 100 clients and 50 family members from the community receive services in the Rees Clinic. The purpose of this position is to provide high-quality front-line service for clients and community members that visit the Rees Clinic, keep careful records and documentation of clinic services, and represent the Rees Clinic at community events. This position serves under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services, and works closely with the Administrative Support Coordiantor, and the Department Chair.

Incumbents attend a Peace Officer Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.) certified academy to develop the minimum qualifications necessary to assume a position as a sworn Police Officer. Upon successful completion of the required P.O.S.T., training within the required time frame and the discretion of management, the Police Officer Cadet may be appointed to the classification of Police Officer on a probationary basis.
