Administrative and Outreach Support Coordinator (Administrative Support Coordinator I) Reposted in Chico
Working both independently and as a dynamic team contributor, the Outreach Support Coordinator (ASC I) plays a hands-on, high-impact role in shaping the graduate student experience. This position drives the planning, coordination, promotion, communication, and on-the-ground execution of a wide spectrum of student success programs and signature events. As a key member of the Graduate Studies coordinating team, the incumbent fuels an ambitious outreach and recruitment agenda and provides essential support for student research competitions, new student orientations, Giving Day campaigns, GRADtoberfest, Grad Café, graduate student clubs and organizations, and the Small Travel Grant program. Beyond events, the Outreach Support Coordinator partners closely with the dean and Graduate Studies staff to uplift graduate programs and faculty—contributing to research efforts, data collection and analysis, policy and template revisions, and the drafting of reports that drive Periodic Program Reviews, grant proposals, curriculum innovations, program proposals, and the rollout of blended-program initiatives.
