Responsibilities include coordinating complex schedules, communications, and logistics involving campus IT leadership, CSU CIO councils, and external partners in support of Office of the CIO projects and events. As a primary point of contact for the VP/CIO, the incumbent exercises significant independent judgment to resolve scheduling conflicts, prioritize competing demands, and ensure executive readiness for meetings, briefings, and systemwide engagements.
