The incumbent works directly with and advises the UH student governance council, the Chico State National Residence Hall Honorary Chapter, and the UH residence hall programming board. Additionally, incumbent will provide guidance in collaboration with UH staff in the development, implementation, and administration of policy, procedures, and operating principles which pertain to residential life programming, student governance/advising, and the residence hall programming board. Incumbent will spend substantial portions of time in advisement sessions of considerable duration, will be expected use a high degree of judgment, or persuasiveness, imagination and professional skills to accomplish tasks.
