The Case Lead Small Business Consultant serves as the primary strategist and engagement lead for small business clients. This position combines direct consulting with structured case leadership and consultant oversight. The Case Lead evaluates overall business health, defines strategic scopes of work, secures client buy-in, and coordinates part-time consultants to execute initiatives that produce measurable economic outcomes.
