The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for overseeing all phases of the recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing and pipeline development to driving effective recruitment strategies that align with the university's goals. This role involves close collaboration with leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand business and departmental needs, ensuring that recruitment efforts are tailored to attract top-tier talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner will implement innovative, data-driven recruitment strategies, continuously assessing the recruitment process to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-fill. In addition to attracting the best candidates, this position ensures a seamless and positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication throughout the process. The Talent Acquisition Partner will also be responsible for advising hiring managers on interview best practices, supporting the development of standardized onboarding processes, and ensuring that job requirements and expectations are clearly communicated to candidates.
