The Sterile Processing Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and daily operations of the Sterile Processing Department, ensuring the highest standards of instrument decontamination, sterilization, and distribution in support of surgical and procedural services. This leader collaborates closely with perioperative leadership, surgeons, anesthesia, and supply chain to ensure timely case readiness, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. This role provides direction for staffing, workflow optimization, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives across all areas supported by sterile processing, including the operating room, endoscopy, and procedural areas.
