    The University of Toledo and UToledo Health Talent Acquisition team is growing! We have an exciting new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for overseeing all phases of the recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing and pipeline development to driving effective recruitment strategies that align with the university's goals. This role involves close collaboration with leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand business and departmental needs, ensuring that recruitment efforts are tailored to attract top-tier talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner will implement innovative, data-driven recruitment strategies, continuously assessing the recruitment process to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-fill. In addition to attracting the best candidates, this position ensures a seamless and positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication throughout the process. The Talent Acquisition Partner will also be responsible for advising hiring managers on interview best practices, supporting the development of standardized onboarding processes, and ensuring that job requirements and expectations are clearly communicated to candidates.

    Administrative Assistant 1 in Health Science Campus Support Toledo, OH

    • Assist the Residency Coordinator in the daily operations of the program, including recruitment, onboarding, tracking progress, maintaining compliance. with accreditation standards. • Set up and schedule events and activities with the residents. Prepare travel requests for residents and coordinator supervisor and process check request/reimbursement. • Manage all expenses and receipts in the Concur system. • Monitor and track Residency budget. • Assist in managing the New Innovations program system with managing all conference events and entering attendance of faculty and residents. • Gather and analyze data related to resident performance for review and evaluation purposes. • Maintain and update confidential resident personnel files. • Manage the CME cloud, set up QR codes and keep track of attendance. • Track attendance into New Innovations. • Maintains Faculty calendars, academic files, CV, and promotion materials included any research and/ or publications. • Provides transcription for letters and presentation preparation for faculty lectures. • Completes all applications and check requests for faculty including but not limited to, license renewals, hospital privileges, seminar applications, research protocols, etc • Arranges for travel, meetings, and conferences along with submitting expenses in Concur
