Job Summary: The Academic Support Coordinator supports the mission and philosophy of the University and School of Nursing and works with the institution's nursing programs to promote a culture of continuous improvement through monitoring, assessment, and initiatives designed to strategically utilize educational (e.g. ATI) resources across the curriculum to improve NCLEX performance. This is a faculty position with a teaching and service expectation.

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate field of specialization or equivalent qualifications based on professional experience and otherwise qualified to perform assigned duties
Position Qualifications: The minimum qualifications are a master's degree in nursing or higher from an accredited college or university which includes course work in nursing, education, or administration, and a current, unencumbered active Florida RN license.
Experience in assessment of student learning outcomes and remediation strategies required.
Must have a solid knowledge base of NCLEX-RN content (NCLEX Test Plan, building remediation plans, tracking and guiding students through focused review, etc.)
Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience of pre-licensure registered nursing students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organization and time management skills.
