|Position Title (Classification Title):||Marketing Communications Internship, Graduate Assistant|
|Job Summary:||The Florida SBDC Network Headquarters is seeking a creative and driven marketing communications intern to assist in the development and implementation of the network’s statewide marketing efforts, including, but not limited to, writing press releases, writing and editing client success stories, developing social media posts, writing articles for business magazines and newspapers, and other duties as assigned. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, editing, and organizational skills.|

|Minimum Qualifications:||• Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Candidate must be enrolled in, or have gained admission to a UWF graduate program for the 2020-2021 academic year.
• Candidate must be in good standing with the University.
|Position Qualifications:||Coursework in communications, marketing, or advertising/graphic design. Strong writing and communications skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills.|
|Preferred Qualifications||Strong technology skills, including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. Familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media platforms as well as online marketing applications (Constant Contact)|
