|Job Summary:||Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Housing Administration, performs room assignments and room changes. Assists with student no show process. Meets with students (and family members) to discuss housing options and amenities, the contracts and assignments process, room changes, and at other times deemed necessary to provide excellent customer support.
Meets with students and family in office as well as during tours and events, sometimes outside of typical work hours, to review contract processes, housing options, and room changes.
Provides a positive, self-motivated experience by having excellent interpersonal communication skills. Works in an environment requiring strong emphasis on providing superior customer service in conformance with the University and Departmental mission and values.
