Assoc Director - Reporting & Analysis Boston Main Campus
The purpose of this role is to lead the efforts to provide business analytics, predictive trend analysis, historical data management and reporting to support the Dean, Associate Deans, Department Chairs, Unit and Program Directors in the College of Science. The projects and products are used in support of executive decisions relating to the overall mission and goals of the College. Complex projects involve the development of quantitative analysis, predictive model development, and detail-oriented visual communications to enable quick interpretation of information so that decisions are supported in a timely manner. Many projects will require this individual to use creative insights to achieve effective outcomes. Expertise is expected in a broad set of subject areas including budget and finance (revenue and expenditure analysis, budget projections, space analysis, predictive model development), academic and student affairs (admissions, retention, course enrollments, course and student credit analysis, class size analysis, grade analysis, teaching evaluation analysis, co-op trend analysis), research (principal investigator productivity analysis, grant portfolio analysis, grant trend analysis) and faculty affairs (faculty load analysis).
