Program Liaison Boston Main Campus
With supervision from a GEO Associate Director for Program Management and Student Success and a member of the Student Affairs team, the Program Liaison role is a year-round, full-time, benefits-eligible position is based in Boston, MA and requires the person in this role to live on-site with students for at least 3-4 months at one or more locations. During the fall semester, this individual will live on-site and oversee the operations for one Program location. During spring and summer semesters, this individual will be primarily based at Northeastern’s campus in Boston, MA, with the potential of working at other GEO abroad or domestic locations as program management needs dictate.
Project Manager Boston Main Campus
The Project Manager is the key liaison between the University, consultants and contractors. The Project Manager will oversee procurement of services, project administration, determining of scope, administering contracts, resolving of conflicts and in the assurance of the work being completed on time and on budget of contract. In either a leadership and/or management capacity, the Project Manager may be involved in any or all of the following: contract scope definitions, contract negotiations, contract administration, payment process, change order control, cost control, schedule control and quality control. Develop and prioritize programs/projects according to relevant measurement criteria. Direct the forecast and adjustment of resources to ensure projects and programs are delivered as promised. Partner with Director of Work Management to develop metrics that provide meaningful data to validate expected outcomes and develop recommendations to provide corrective action. The Project Manager performs primary responsibilities personally or through administrative and technical assistants, and other project personnel.

The Administrative Coordinator oversees the administrative operations of the Law Clinics and Institutes. The law school's clinics offer to more than 100 students each year an opportunity to do clinical work under the close supervision of law school faculty and staff in eight areas: community business, civil rights and restorative justice, domestic violence, immigration, intellectual property, poverty law, public health advocacy, and prisoners’ rights. This position is central to the success of the Clinical Program. The Administrative Coordinator must efficiently manage and fulfill all administrative and technical aspects of this very busy, multi-constituent program with limited assistance. The primary focus of the job is to ensure quality program delivery and excellent service and support to students, faculty, and external clients. The Coordinator is responsible for operational management, including multiple budgets, work-study student hiring, training, and supervision, establishment and maintenance of support systems, and assistance with grants and external funding. This position is central to the law school's clinical program, and its primary focus is to ensure high quality delivery of this Program and Law School's Public Interest mission.
Tax Manager Boston Main Campus
The Tax Manager is responsible for all matters relating to the university's federal, state, local, and international tax compliance. The Tax Manager will handle all tax filing requirements including but not limited to the Federal form 990, 990T, MA Form PC and other state, local, and international filings. Working closely with the Tax Director, the employee will serve as a liaison between the Controller's Office and the university community and will provide updates and advice on all tax matters related to federal, state, local, and international tax laws and regulations. Additionally, the Tax Manager will lead training for the university community on tax compliance and will regularly communicate updates, changes and recommendations to the university community and senior management. The employee will also act as a key tax contact to external auditors, and external domestic and international tax advisors.
