About the Opportunity:

This individual has ownership for the administration of the corporate credit card programs; ensuring cardholders comply with the corporate usage policy. Employee must be self-motivated with a high degree of responsibility including confidentiality, sense of urgency, and accountability to be successful in the role. Critical for success is the ability to deliver exemplary customer service through strong ownership and professionalism. This position will provide training and address customer needs. This individual will also oversee the employee corporate card reconciliation portal, Concur.

The employee will work with the Associate Director of Disbursements to coordinate the entire process of managing the corporate card program, monitoring control and compliance to policies and procedures, and provide guidance to finance and other business units. Works with external vendors and internal employees as needed for escalations, answer inquiries and/or resolve discrepancies.

This position will recommend, and when applicable, help to introduce and manage new process initiatives that support the continued automation and process efficiency of the Procure to Pay organization.

Responsibilities:

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills

- Proficiency using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams

- Ability to manage projects

- Ability to develop and present educational programs and/or workshops

- Ability to derive meaningful information from card spend data to use for improved process initiatives

- Critical eye for identifying potential irregularities and trends

- First-rate time management skills

- Ability to work autonomously in a high volume and time-sensitive environment

- The ability to communicate effectively without using body language and to do so through digital mediums

- Having the patience to work alone for long periods of time without interaction with coworkers

- Initiative to complete tasks without supervision and reminders is crucial

 


Preferred Qualifications:

 - Prior experience with Banner and Concur Expense
