Lecturer - MATH 105: Supported College Algebra (Fall 2026) San Marcos
The Department of Mathematics at California State University San Marcos seeks a part-time lecturer for Fall 2026 to teach Math 105 - Supported College Algebra.  The catalog description is: College algebra with integrated review of intermediate algebra.  Includes graphs, equations, inequalities, and functions (linear, polynomial, rational, root, exponential, logarithmic).
Lecturer - Math 132: Survey of Calculus (Fall 2026) San Marcos
The Department of Mathematics at California State University San Marcos seeks a part-time lecturer for Fall 2026 to teach Math 132 Survey of Calculus. The course teaches basic calculus concepts with applications to business, economics, and the social sciences.  Differential calculus for algebraic, exponential and logarithmic functions; optimization, linearization, and other applications of derivatives; introduction to integral calculus.  Includes use of graphing calculators.
Lecturer Pool - Art, Media, and Design AY 2026/27 San Marcos
The Department of Art, Media, and Design at California State University San Marcos accepts applications on an on-going basis for our pool of part-time lecturers in Art and Visual Culture as well as Digital and Media Arts. Salary is commensurate with credential and experience. Applicant pools are used to fill short-term temporary Lecturer positions across our campus with the possibility of rehiring. Appointments may last from one day to a whole semester. This applicant pool may be used to fill vacant positions on an as-needed basis throughout the academic year. Applications in this pool ad will only be good for the current academic year. This pool will be closed effective June 30, 2027. If you wish to be considered for the next academic year, you will need to apply to the new pool as it becomes available by June 15th.
