The Systemwide Senior Director for Civil Rights uses outstanding relationship-building and communication skills through a lens of care and compliance to provide oversight, advice, support and direction, subject matter expertise, and guidance to an assigned roster of CSU campuses. The Systemwide Senior Director for Civil Rights also provides systemwide leadership, coordination, and oversight in the appeals process under the CSU Nondiscrimination Policy.
