The Campus Rec Business Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Student Recreation Center’s mission to provide safe, engaging programs that promote wellness and personal development for the CSUB community. Reporting to the Director of Campus Recreation & Wellbeing, this position manages day-to-day financial and business operations, including budget oversight, fiscal analysis, reconciliations, reporting, and transaction processing. The analyst ensures compliance with CSU and campus policies, maintains accurate financial records, and provides administrative support in areas such as payroll auditing, procurement, personnel paperwork, travel, and customer service. |
