Records Technician (Administrative Support Assistant II)	Fullerton	Jan 8, 2026
The Office of the Registrar serves students and the campus community by providing quality services that facilitate enrollment, retention, and degree completion while maintaining accurate academic records for the University. We are also responsible for processing transfer credit and maintaining articulation agreements with other institutions. Additionally, we register new and continuing students for classes, maintain academic records, prepare transcripts and diplomas, and review petitions for exception to university policy. Accessibility Counselor	East Bay
Accessibility Services provides eligible students with disabilities academic support services, counseling, education/community resources and strategies necessary for an accessible education experience, as prescribed by section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Services are provided to students with verified disabilities who request access to academic coursework and other university activities. The purpose of the Accessibility Services Counselor position is twofold. The primary purpose of the Accessibility Counselor is to evaluate disability documentation, determine eligibility of services and academic accommodations, as well as provide disability advising, disability counseling, advocacy, and disability management for eligible students.
Learning & Development Specialist (Instructional Design, Development, and Delivery)	Sacramento
The Learning & Development team seeks a creative talent development professional skilled in instructional design, e-learning, and training operations. Responsibilities include developing engaging courses (using Articulate, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, PowerPoint), overseeing the employee training system/LMS (CSU Learn/Sumtotal), ensuring accessible content, coordinating program logistics and marketing, and supporting facilitators. Strong skills in adult learning theory, visual design, LMS administration, organization and communication are essential.
