Assistant/Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior/HR Management Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo Campus
The Management, Human Resources, and Information Systems Area of the Orfalea College of Business at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure line, academic year position as Assistant or Associate Professor in the primary area of Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management. This position will require teaching at Cal Poly’s San Luis Obispo, CA campus and Santa Maria, CA in support of Cal Poly’s 2+2 Business program with a concentration in Management & HR (in partnership with Alan Hancock College). Faculty are also expected to maintain a strong record of research and provide service to the MHRIS Area, the College, and the University.
