| Under general supervision, incumbents operate, maintain, repair and inspect heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration and water systems and equipment; test, adjust, and calibrate boiler and air conditioning machinery and mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or microprocessor control instruments; test and chemically treat boiler, condenser, and cooling tower water and water from other systems; maintain, inspect, diagnose and make emergency repairs to steam, natural gas, water, refrigerant, compressed air and vacuum systems; regularly use features of building automation systems to diagnose and troubleshoot problems in the HVAC systems while optimizing energy usage; monitor building automation systems data and adjust system accordingly; respond to service requests to adjust air flow, temperature and humidity balances for individual rooms, building areas or buildings; maintain swimming pools; maintain logs of maintenance and repairs using manual and computerized recordkeeping systems; and may instruct and lead semi-skilled or unskilled assistants. |

| Under the general supervision of the Director of Athletics, the Head Athletic Trainer is responsible for the development, organization, and administration of the sports medicine program, including providing work direction to other athletic trainers, including assigning, monitoring and evaluating work; developing and monitoring the program budget, and maintaining and monitoring the medical records and progress of all student athletes. When injuries do occur, the Head Athletic Trainer serves as a first responder by recognizing and evaluating the injuries, and subsequently developing treatment and rehabilitation programs, incorporating the appropriate therapeutic modalities and use of rehabilitation and exercise equipment. Due to the nature of the work, the individual must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, as well as, be available to travel with teams. |

| Under the direction of the Associate Director, Custodial Services, the custodian will provide various custodian and housekeeping support services for on and off Housing, Residential Life & Auxiliaries (HRLAs) complexes. The incumbent will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of assigned building, floors, facilities, foyers, stairwells, including but not limited to cleaning student rooms, common areas, lounges, kitchens and hallways; clean and disinfect bathrooms; strip and wax floors; clean windows; move furniture from one area to another; wash concrete areas outside of the buildings, execute the delivery and pickup of guest-requested items to and from guest rooms, maintain carts and manage constant supply of clean linens for Summer Conference programs, ensuring closets are fully stocked and remove trash and dirty linens including cleaning and care of flooring (e.g. carpet, tile, etc.) high dusting, edging, scrubbing, cleaning of desks, and perform other related duties as required. |
