Under the Assistant Director, Employer Relations, the Associate will build and maintain employer ties to grow internship and job options for students. Key tasks: support engagement via job posts, career events, and campus visits; organize fairs and workshops; assist student-employer links to boost hiring outcomes. The role needs coordination with student organizations, faculty, and staff to prep students for employer expectations. This position also shares employer insights, like recruitment best practices and requirements. Local travel may be needed for employer meets or networking. This role offers a great chance to grow career services and employer relations skills while aiding Cal State East Bay students’ success.
